1. Policy Overview This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made through the Xpress Digital platform. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy. We are committed to your satisfaction and will evaluate all refund requests fairly.

2. Eligible Refunds You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • New Customer Guarantee: First-time subscribers who are unsatisfied may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of their initial purchase.
  • Technical Failure: If a critical failure on our end prevents access to core features for more than 72 consecutive hours and our team was unable to resolve it.
  • Duplicate Payment: If your account was charged more than once for the same billing period due to our error.

3. Non-Refundable Items The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Subscription fees after the 7-day refund window
  • WhatsApp API message credits or conversation charges
  • One-time setup fees, onboarding, or configuration services
  • Add-on modules or feature unlocks once activated
  • Purchases during promotional or discounted periods
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

4. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Include your registered email, invoice number, purchase date, and reason for the request.
  • Our billing team will review within 2-3 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

5. Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account's Billing section. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent cycles.
