1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Xpress Digital platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are acting on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services Xpress Digital provides a cloud-based CRM and WhatsApp automation platform including WhatsApp Business API integration, bulk messaging, AI-powered chatbots, campaign management, invoicing tools, website builder, and API access for third-party integrations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or contain false information.

4. Acceptable Use Policy You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or phishing communications
• Uploading or transmitting malware or malicious code
• Violating WhatsApp's Business Policy or Community Standards
• Attempting unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
• Using the platform for illegal activities including fraud or money laundering
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our source code
• Reselling or sublicensing our services without written authorization

5. Payment & Billing All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely through our authorized gateway. Failed payments may result in temporary account suspension. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Please refer to our Refund Policy for cancellations.

6. Intellectual Property All intellectual property in the Xpress Digital platform is owned by or licensed to Xpress Digital. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

7. Data Ownership You retain full ownership of all data and content you upload. By using our services, you grant Xpress Digital a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the services. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability Our services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xpress Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
